FORT WORTH, TX — Two very different employers are sharing one room up at Alliance on Wednesday, October 7. MP Materials, the rare earth magnet maker on the north side, and Benchmark Hospitality, which runs the Deloitte University campus in Westlake, are recruiting at a two-hour Hiring Fair Days event on the third floor of Tarrant County College's CEATL building. The event listing counts more than 75 openings between them, from material handlers and machinists to cooks and front desk agents.

🔥 MP Materials: Factory Floor to Engineering

MP Materials builds rare earth magnets at its Independence facility on the north side of Fort Worth, a 250,000-square-foot plant the company calls the country's first fully integrated rare earth magnet factory. Its roster for October 7 runs 12 job types deep.

The biggest numbers are at entry level and on the technician bench: ten material handler openings and ten technician openings. Deloitte University is the professional services firm's private training campus on Deloitte Way in Westlake, a hotel and conference center with about 1,400 guest rooms that Benchmark Hospitality manages.

The kitchen leads with nine cook openings at all levels, plus four dishwashers. Front of house adds five restaurant servers, four server assistants, five part-time banquet servers, four front desk agents, four greeter, valet and luggage assistants, and four event setup attendants. The maintenance side is deep, too: two building maintenance technicians, two senior HVAC technicians, two maintenance supervisors, and listings for laundry, a locksmith and other maintenance roles.
