Hiring Red, White & You Job Fair Returns to Globe Life Field November 5

FORT WORTH, TX — The biggest hiring room in Tarrant County this fall won't be at a convention center. It'll be at the ballpark. The 15th Annual Hiring Red, White & You! Job Fair takes over Globe Life Field in Arlington on Thursday, November 5, with about 165 employers expected and a front-of-the-line pass for veterans and military spouses. Everyone else is welcome too, and it costs nothing to get in or park.

Free, open to the public, veterans first: the largest Fort Worth-area job fair of the season runs 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Globe Life Field, a quick drive east on I-30.

Who's Running It and Who It's For

The fair is put on by Workforce Solutions for Tarrant County with the Texas Workforce Commission and the Texas Veterans Commission.

The name says veterans, and they do get priority. But the organizer is clear that the doors are open to the general public, and the City of Arlington's announcement spells out the welcome list: transitioning service members, Guard and Reserve members, military spouses, family members, and anyone else looking for work. Civilians from Haltom City to Mansfield are welcome.

🔥 What to Expect Inside

The organizer's page puts this year's count at about 165 employers. For a sense of scale, last year's 14th edition, held November 4, 2025, drew 165 employers advertising more than 12,625 openings, according to Workforce Solutions. This year's job count hasn't been announced, so treat last year's number as a prior-year result, not a promise.

The employer list and openings get posted at least 72 hours before the doors open, which gives you a few days to pick your targets. Watch the event page around November 2. Which defense, logistics and health care names sign up this year won't be known until then.

Beyond the booths, the fair offers:

  • Free professional headshots
  • Job fair mentors stationed at four spots on the floor for resume and interview help
  • Interpreters in Arabic, French, Spanish and Sign Language

📋 How to Show Up Ready

Pre-registering moves you through check-in faster, and the organizer's page links the registration form. Walk-ins can sign up at the door with a name or QR code. Resumes are encouraged but not required, and there's no copier on site, so print your copies at home. Business casual is the suggested dress.

  • A stack of printed resumes, one version for each kind of job you're chasing
  • Your DD-214 or proof of service if you're claiming veteran priority
  • Photo ID and any licenses or certifications
  • A 30-second introduction that translates your military role into civilian terms
